Tips of a healthy life.

Nutrients and portions we should have in a healthy life.
A portion is the amount of food that you choose to eat for a meal or snack. It can be big or small, it depends of you. We should eat five meals at day. 
A normal person needs around 600 mcg -700 mcg nutrients a day. This is basically advised as 700mcg for a man and 600mcg a day for women. Enough of these nutrients for a person will help in ensuring healthy skin, hair and eyes, and children's growth and fighting of infections.

The food you should avoid.

These are four groups of food we should avoid principally:

1.) Avoid the processed "white devils"

2.) Processed and junk food. 
3.) Avoid refined sugar products.
4.) Don't eat super size meals. 

The importance of the sport in a healthy life



The sports are very important in our life because they can make you live longer, think clearer, react faster, lose weight and prevent diseases with little to no side effects. There's no age limit as to when you can start playing at football, basketball, rugby ... Any sport is good for you and your body!

Eating disorders refer to a group of conditions defined by abnormal eating habits that may involve either insufficient or excessive food intake to the detriment of an individual's physical and mental health.
